The form is free. No credit card. Dibs turns more of the website traffic you already pay for into moving leads, with an optional AI that calls every new lead within seconds.
Short answers, in plain words. If yours is not here, email hello@hellodibs.com and a person answers, usually the same day.
Nothing matches. Email hello@hellodibs.com and a person answers.
A conversion-first quote form built for moving companies, with an optional AI that calls every new lead within seconds.
Because you are already paying for traffic that your current form is losing. A long contact form on a phone is where most moving enquiries die: name, email, phone, two addresses, a paragraph. Dibs asks one question at a time, every answer is a tap, and it is done in about 30 seconds. Same visitors, more of them finish.
Then it does what a form cannot: emails you instantly with a tap-to-call button, files the lead in your CRM, and, if you turn it on, rings the lead back before they have finished reading the next company's website.
In live use across our customers, Dibs forms turn between 7 and 10 of every 100 visitors into a lead. A typical moving-company contact form manages about 2. That is 3 to 5 times the leads from the traffic you already have, and the live number sits on the homepage, updated daily with our own tests excluded. Your result depends on your traffic, your offer and your website; the calculator shows what the gap is worth with your figures.
Yes. Free means free. No credit card, no contract, no expiry on the form, the dashboard, the lead emails or the CRM connection. You pay only if you want the AI callback or Dibs Insights, and founding members get both free until 30 September. See Pricing.
Within a second or two:
Today. Signing up is two fields: company name and email. Your form exists the moment you press the button. WordPress: a plugin, three clicks. Any other builder: one line of code, and we name the clicks for yours. Rather not touch the website? We install it for you, free, usually within one business day.
No. Dibs adds to what you have. Your pages, your design and your existing contact form stay. Dibs shows a floating button on every page, and can replace your old quote form or add a form section to your homepage if you want it to.
Moving and storage companies with a website and some traffic. Local or long distance, one truck or forty. If people visit your site and you want more of them to ask for a quote, it is for you.
Two options. Press "Send it to my web person" in your dashboard and the code goes to whoever runs your site with the instructions written for them. Or press "Have Dibs install it for me" and we do it, free, usually within one business day.
Yes. Free means free. No credit card, no contract, and no expiry on the Dibs form. If you never pay us a cent, your form keeps working and your leads keep arriving.
The form is free. You pay only if you want the features that contact leads for you and explain your numbers:
The done-for-you install is free right now. If that ever changes, it becomes a one-time $99 and we say so first.
There isn't one. We want more movers running the Dibs form because we are confident that once you see what it does with your traffic, you will want the phone to ring too. Nothing is charged without you pressing a button.
Everyone who signs up before 30 September 2026. Founding members get Premium, the AI callback and Dibs Insights, free until 30 September with no card on file and no automatic charge. On 1 October you choose: keep it at $49 or $129 a month, or stay on the free form.
No. Month to month, cancel from your dashboard, and your form stays free after you do.
Move the sliders on the homepage calculator with your own visitor count, job value and close rate. It uses our measured conversion rates and shows the working. For most movers with 1,000 visitors a month it is a few extra booked jobs a month.
Four steps: what they are moving, where from and to, when, and how to reach them. About 30 seconds. Every answer is a tap, not a typed paragraph, which is why more people finish it.
Wherever you turn it on, from your dashboard:
Yes, and that is where it matters most. More than half of moving enquiries come from a phone, and a long form on a small screen is where most of them give up. Dibs is built for a thumb.
Your brand colour is in your dashboard under Setup. Wording, the thank-you message and the questions asked (for example whether to ask about storage or commercial moves) are set for you: email us what you want and it is changed the same day.
No. It is one small script that loads after your page, and it tells caching and speed plugins to leave it alone so it always runs the current version. Your page speed score does not move.
Yes. There is an on/off switch at the top of Setup. Off means the form disappears from your site within a minute and nothing else changes. Turn it back on the same way.
Two quiet checks that real people never see: a hidden field only a robot fills in, and a timer that catches submissions faster than a human could tap. Caught submissions are dropped and never reach your inbox, your CRM or the AI.
Your website already has traffic. Capture more of it.
Get my form, free No card. No contract. Live today. They have asked two other companies by then. Most people request three quotes in one sitting, and the first company that talks to them sets the price, the date and the expectation; the other two get compared against it. Ten minutes later the tab is closed and the lead is doing something else. The job goes to whoever said hello first. See the numbers.
That is the whole point. With the AI callback on, the lead's phone rings within seconds of the form submission, while they are still thinking about the move and often still on your website. It is your company calling, in your name, before the next website has finished loading.
It introduces itself as your company, confirms the move details they just typed, answers the common questions, and tells them a person will follow up. You get the recording and a summary in your dashboard. The lead has heard from you before they have heard from anyone else.
No. The first call never goes out between 9 at night and 8 in the morning in the lead's own time zone, worked out from their phone number. A late-night lead is called the next morning.
Press "Ask for the AI callback" on your dashboard Home. We set up the number and the agent, usually within one business day, and email you when it is live. Founding members get it free until 30 September.
No. It confirms details, answers general questions and keeps the lead warm. Pricing and booking stay with your team. That is deliberate: it is your name on the call.
One polite second attempt within a few minutes, inside calling hours, if you want it. Never a barrage. Every attempt is in your dashboard, so a person can follow up on the ones the AI could not reach.
A local number we set up for your company, chosen for your area code. If the lead calls that number back, it rings your office line.
Calls are recorded so you can hear what was said. What Dibs provides: the AI can announce that the call is recorded at the start, and we set that announcement on for you where your state or province requires it, or everywhere if you prefer. Every call goes to a number the person typed into your form after ticking the consent box.
What stays with you: recording and consent rules differ by state, province and country, and depend on how you use the calls. We are not your lawyer. If you are unsure, ask one, and tell us if you would rather not record at all; it is off the same day.
Download the plugin from your dashboard (Setup, then WordPress). In WordPress open Plugins, Add New Plugin, Upload Plugin, choose the file, Install Now, Activate. That is the whole job. Your form id is already inside the plugin, so there is nothing to type.
Pick your builder in your dashboard under Setup and it names the exact clicks, four or fewer, for where the one line of code goes. Every one of those builders has a place for it.
Type your website address into the checker in your dashboard. It reads your homepage, tells you what it runs on, and opens the right instructions. If it still is not clear, send it to your web person or ask us to install it.
Your dashboard checks. Press "Check that it landed" on Setup and it reads your homepage and says what it found. Once a real visitor has seen the form, Home shows "Form connected".
No. The code carries the opt-out signals that WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, Autoptimize, Perfmatters, Flying Press and Cloudflare all honour, and the WordPress plugin registers itself with each of them. If a plugin was installed before we added that, clear its cache once.
Add the line as a Custom HTML tag on All Pages and publish. Then open your own homepage once so the install confirms itself in your dashboard.
Yes, the same line works on every site you own. Leads from all of them land in one dashboard, each marked with the page it came from.
SmartMoving, Supermove, MoveitPro and Chariot connect directly. Anything else that accepts a web link (Zapier, Make, HubSpot forms and most others) connects through a webhook. Details on the CRM page. If yours is not there, email us; adding one usually takes a few days.
Each lead is tagged with its source: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yelp, a search, another site, or direct. You see it on the Leads page next to each name, so you know which spending brings the leads.
The lead is safe in your dashboard and in your inbox regardless. Dibs retries the CRM on its own for up to two weeks, and tells us if something is wrong so we can look.
Yes. Add any number of email addresses for the lead alerts under Setup. To let a colleague sign in to the dashboard, email us their address and it is done the same day.
Yes. Every lead is in your dashboard, and if you want them as a spreadsheet, email us and it arrives the same day. They are your leads, and they stay yours if you ever leave.
You do. We hold them so your dashboard, your emails and your CRM work. We never sell them, share them with other movers, or use them for anything except serving your account.
What they type into your form, the page they were on, and where they came from (an ad, a search, a link). No tracking across other websites, no advertising profiles. The full list is in the privacy policy, which is written in plain language and is the real policy.
What Dibs provides: the form asks for consent to be contacted before it takes a phone number, links to your privacy policy, and the AI only ever calls numbers given that way. Calls stay inside daytime hours in the lead's time zone, and the recording announcement can be turned on.
What stays with you: the rules differ by state, province and country, and they depend on how you follow up, not only on the form. Dibs is a tool, not legal advice. Keep your own privacy policy current, and ask a lawyer if you are unsure how the rules apply to your company.
Yes. They email hello@hellodibs.com, or ask you and you tell us, and it is handled within 30 days.
Ask for your leads as a spreadsheet, remove the plugin or the line of code, and ask us to delete the rest. No exit fee, no "are you sure" maze.
There is no password. Enter your email on the sign-in page and press "Email me a sign-in link". One tap on the link in that email opens your dashboard.
Links work once and for a limited time. Go to the sign-in page, enter your email and ask for a fresh one. It arrives within a minute; check spam if it does not.
Yes. Email us their address and they get the same dashboard and the same sign-in-by-email.
The dashboard works on a phone and can be added to your home screen like an app: open it in your phone's browser and choose "Add to Home Screen". Push alerts for new leads are on the roadmap.
